Control over Human Tasks upon error

When a Business Process encounters an error and the request has open Activities, the Activities are automatically cancelled.  It would be really great if we had control over whether the Activity is cancelled or not, whether that be at Activity, Stage, Process, Service or platform wide, by way of a 'Process on error' type decision that I have seen on other nodes.

These activities here were cancelled because a Card failed to Move on a Board - this is a minor part of our New Starter process which has a large amount of staged parallel processing, and one which I would have been happy to override.

I know the answer is to have no errors however when you have a big process and the only way to test it is by logging multiple requests its a lot of work to ensure you have covered every outcome.
