QEHNick Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 Good day everyone, Is there a reason why I do not see all of my "groups" in the "Add To: section of templates when creating or editing a new email template? I see 9 out of 23 possibilities.
Steve Giller Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 With the screenshot being cropped so tightly I can't tell where in the Product you are - and that's not the view I get from Admin -> Email -> Templates. Could you clarify exactly what and where you're editing, please?

James Ainsworth Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 Hi @QEHNick I've had a look and for my test user, the list of groups on the email templates matches the list on the user profile. It would be interesting to see if these two lists match with you and if you can identify a particular group that is not being displayed in both lists in order to try and identify what is unique about that group.
