Steve Giller Posted May 26 Share Posted May 26 With the screenshot being cropped so tightly I can't tell where in the Product you are - and that's not the view I get from Admin -> Email -> Templates. James Ainsworth Posted May 30 Share Posted May 30 Hi @QEHNick I've had a look and for my test user, the list of groups on the email templates matches the list on the user profile. It would be interesting to see if these two lists match with you and if you can identify a particular group that is not being displayed in both lists in order to try and identify what is unique about that group.
