Enhancement request: Simple filter for Reports screen to show Available / Development / All

In BPM screen I have "Active" as the default but we can optionally filter on others:

For Users I have a similar thing:

Both of these really help to ensure the default view shows you the Production/Active items only.

BUT THIS IS MISSING FOR REPORTS.

I request you introduce the same basic concept of a filter at the top and default it to "Available" but we can select "Development" or "All" if we want.
