Berto2002 Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 When using the UI to enter a new Request, I find the re-sizing behaviour of the Description box could be improved. If I paste a paragraph of text, it does not re-size: It only seems to trigger a re-size when you enter a carriage-return (line break) but then it never catches up and never displays all the text; scrolling is always required, even if there's screen real-estate available to expand into. We just want the field size to "keep-up" with the text input. The same is true for our customers/users on the portal version; again, it never quite keeps up.
