Ann
Afternoon All Hope you are all well and had a lovely Christmas. Please would it be possible to advise if it is possible to copy SLA contracts already loaded in the supplier module from one supplier to another supplier please? This would be a big time saver for us. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
Ann
Afternoon All Hope you are well. Is it possible or can the facility be added, so that we can move contracts between suppliers on the supplier module. For example some SLA contracts and a normal contract has been loaded under the supplier 'Supplier A', these should actually be under the supplier 'Supplier B'. Rather than having to delete them all off of one supplier just to have to re-add them to the new supplier. can a function be added where we can change the supplier details the contracts sit under? AlexTumber
@Ann thanks for your post. The supplier field is actually present on a contract, it's just hidden. I'll speak with our product and development teams about this as in theory it should be as easy as updating the supplier field to move a contract from one supplier to another.
