Ann Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 Afternoon Hope you are all well. Currently we are able to link an asset to a project within Hornbill Project Manager which can be viewed from the Relationship tab, however, is there a way for the asset to show it is linked to a project within a Service Request or Change please? Attached is a screen shot of the project linked on a service request, is it possible to have the same thing but on an asset please? Kind Regards Ann
AlexTumber Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 @Ann thanks for your post. Just to clarify you're effectively looking for something like this? Alex
Ann Posted November 10, 2022 Author Posted November 10, 2022 Afternoon @AlexTumber Hope you are well. That is exactly what we were looking for. Is this currently in the live environment or will this be a future feature please and if so do you know the date of the release please? Also is it possible to link more than one asset to a project and/or more than one project to an asset please? Kind Regards Ann
AlexTumber Posted November 10, 2022 Posted November 10, 2022 @Ann this is something that isn't live/doesn't exist yet. Sorry I just took a screen grab and laid it over the top of the asset view! I will feed the requirement back to our development and product teams. Alex
Ann Posted November 14, 2022 Author Posted November 14, 2022 Thank you @AlexTumber. I know this is something we are very keen on.
Ann Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 Afternoon @AlexTumber Hope you are well. If this change was made, would the projects linked to an asset shown be only Active projects or would projects that have been cancelled or completed also be displayed please? If all status projects were to be shown would there be an indication to their status on the display, please? Kind Regards Ann
