Hi,

We have had reports from our customers that they are no longer able to open our FAQs, they get the following error.

Everyone who has the issue have the following roles

and are just basic users. I have tested the FAQs with people that have and user account and they dont get the error.

Has anything change or as we missing a role?

Thanks for your post.

The roles that you have should be more than enough for a basic user on the Employee Portal.  Can you confirm if the users that have reported this are subscribed to the service that has published this FAQ?
