Disable update action

is there a way to the disable the update action from the Employee Portal, better is disable it for a specific service.

Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone

There is only an option to make requests "read only" once the request is closed.  This is also a global setting.

 

The Connections feature does allow a read only view of a request.  Depending on the purpose of this service, you could use Connections in place of Customers.
