James Ainsworth Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone There is only an option to make requests "read only" once the request is closed. This is also a global setting. The Connections feature does allow a read only view of a request. Depending on the purpose of this service, you could use Connections in place of Customers.
