QEHNick
I have a bulletin which I have been updating, however, now it errors as such. /apps/com.hornbill.core/flowcode/fc_modules/xmlmc.js(189): error X1001: Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[data::entityUpdateRecord] Superfluous entity record update detected for 'ServiceBulletin'. The primary record was updated but no data changes were applied. It doesn't appear to cause a problem.
James Ainsworth
Hi @QEHNick Is there a particular area or setting that you are changing when this message is displayed? It might be that the save function is not checking every setting for changes and thinks that there is nothing to update.
QEHNick
@James Ainsworth Either the Title or description, any change there results in the error upon updating.
James Ainsworth
Hi @QEHNick I've continued to test, but so far I've not been able to replicate. I just wanted to check if this is still happening and if it is only on the one bulletin? We may find that a simple solution would be to delete and recreate the bulletin. QEHNick
After testing, it does it on multiple bulletins. One key thing I haven't mentioned, this is amending them and leaving them in DRAFT, not publishing them. I don't know if that would help with testing. James Ainsworth
Hi @QEHNick I've continued to test, including while the bulletin is in draft and I'm still not getting any errors. At this point it probably needs someone from Hornbill Support to have a look at your data. Are you able to raise a support ticket with them?
