Snippet permissions enhancement

Hello,

Please could we request an enhancement to the Snippets so that we can specify the individuals who can use them. Sometimes we don't need everyone in the Team to see them, and also, if we are members of more than one Team, the list of available Snippets can get very long.

As some of us are part of multiple Teams, could we please have some kind of rule so it's similar to this:

Team = IT Service Desk but NOT Team = Access Management

So if someone is a member of both teams, the Snippet would only show for those in the IT Service Desk?

Or the original idea of listing multiple individuals would work too.

Please could this be considered?

This is another scenario where being able to set a default team would be extremely useful as we don't want to see Snippets that have been shared by other teams (if we're members of the same team).

If it's easier to make Snippets shareable with certain individuals, that would be very useful for us too, but this would be extra admin work to maintain when users join or leave.

What you're asking here doesn't make sense as a comparison.

Comparisons are "AND" or "OR" - "but" cannot be used as it's not got(in the logical sense) any definition.

What your describing appears to be best catered for by sharing within a Service - that way you would only see snippets relevant to that Service regardless of your Team Membership.
