We were provided with a load of out of the box reports for SRs and I just wondered if there were any available for reporting on Problems? Steve Giller Posted July 21, 2022 Share Posted July 21, 2022 Reports are something that you can write yourself, and you can copy and adapt the Service Request reports to apply to Problems as well/instead.
