@Victor morning, we are not receiving emails for when a ticket has been logged since around 16:00 yesterday, please investigate asap

Sorry this thread was missed as it was posted in a forum section that is not actively monitored:

I have now moved it to the relevant section in Hornbill.

As for the issue, I trust this was sorted internally.
