Ann
Morning All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way to delete/remove a post that has been added to a project or even an update on the timeline requests within service manager? When you are on the main project page, on the right hand side of the screen, there is the option 'Post something new'. If someone has posted something in error, can this be removed? If the users are unable to delete these, is there a way that an admin user would be able to delete these please? Thank you. AlexTumber
@Ann thanks for your post. Yes the person who posted should have the option in the drop down menu to archive the post/comment, providing that the post/comment hasn't already been liked. Ann
Morning Alex Hope you are well. Thank you for the above. I have tried archiving a post but it leaves a message "Post by.....is archived. To view its contents click here". Obviously everyone would see this and could still see the post if they click on it. Is there a way to completely remove the post please? AlexTumber
@Ann apologies, I missed this last week. Unfortunately not. There is no current way to completely remove a post from any timeline. This is not just a project specific thing but across the whole Hornbill platform. Alex
