Adrian Simpkins Posted April 1, 2022 Share Posted April 1, 2022 Hi All I have a request which we are unable to manually remove the current on hold status from - when selecting off hold get the error as below. Seems to be just this one request so far, and I have managed to take another request I have on hold off hold with no issues. It's probably missing the fix timer... can't be fixed via usual ways and don't expect these to be en-masse.
