Unable to take a request off hold manually

Hi All

I have a request which we are unable to manually remove the current on hold status from - when selecting off hold get the error as below. Seems to be just this one request so far, and I have managed to take another request I have on hold off hold with no issues.

@Adrian Simpkins yeah, you won't be able to take it off hold. It's probably missing the fix timer... can't be fixed via usual ways and don't expect these to be en-masse. Raise a support request and I'll have it fixed...
