When an asset is linked to a ticket you can see the following Wonder if its possible to select some other fields to display here. Particular our engineers would like status. I know they can click to find that but if there's a setting somewhere where I can select what we see here I would be grateful for some direction. Thanks
James Ainsworth Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 Hi @Smurfy Thanks for your posts. The asset's attributes that are visible here do not have an option to change what is displayed. Do you use the Summary option on Assets? While these users would still have to open the asset to see this information, you can create a summary area on each asset with the most important information which would save looking through all of the fields. The summary is defined against each asset type by selecting the check boxes under the Summary title.
Smurfy Posted March 21, 2022 Author Posted March 21, 2022 Thanks for your reply James I think what they are after is the status of the particular asset in the asset box where its linked. So where you have the asset name perhaps under that have "Status". So they can see if its stock, retired or live.
