Claire B Posted February 28, 2022 Share Posted February 28, 2022 Hi, I wanted to ask as to whether it is possible to include hyperlinks to the Call Ref within the Widget on a Dashboard (as found within Advanced Analytics) e.g. being able to display a list of calls that are critical, and you can quickly click on the Call Ref number to take you to the actual call itself?
