AndyHill Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 I have created a new email Routing Rule but it appears to be getting ignored. I have several other Routing Rules that are working correctly. I know the syntax of the rule is correct as if I set it to Use Mailbox it operates as planned but if I set it to Use Operation to raise a New Request it does not work. Anyone aware of any issues or come across this previously?
Steve Giller Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 If the Rule Expression is correct as indicated by your Use Mailbox test, the main thing that has changed is the action. I'd check that the PRTG Alert template is correct, and that the incoming email comes from a User who is subscribed to the Service and Catalog (as applicable) specified in it as a first step. 1
