End date for auto forward where links refer to the old service portal link

Hi all,

I just wanted to see if there is an end date where Hornbill will cease autoforwarding web links from the old service portal link to the new employee portal? We are working on getting all these links updated in the appropriate configuration locations (desktop shortcuts, intranet links, outgoing emails etc) but I wanted to understand if there is a date this auto forward will be retired please?

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your post.  I'm not aware of any end date for the redirects.  While parts of the Service Portal configuration will be removed over time, I don't see anything that suggests that the redirects will be removed.
