User friendly way to display h_assigned_to

Hello,

I would like to use h_assigned_to from the h_sys_tasks table for a widget. However, the output is like this urn:sys:user:12345. How do I get this to display in a more user friendly way please?

Hi @Alisha

In widgets, you have the option in the "Design" sections to perform a lookup of users with URNs in the output. 

Please see the screenshot below - this is from the h_sys_tasks table, and by selecting this option, the names are displayed properly:

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction here. 

Is it possible to add a JOIN in this Data Chart view - using h_sys_tasks and h_itsm_requests? I'd like to use h_status as a filter and possibly others form the h_itsm_requests table.
