Some Users working remotely via VPN unable to access Service Manager

Hi All,

I have 2 or 3 Users who are having intermittent issues connecting to Service Manager when working off site. When they are on site the issue appears to go - they are getting the below message This mdh-p01-api.hornbill.com page can't be found.

Is this related to the UI change at all as only started occurring after that went live

Sorry its still not working, are the users only getting the problem when connecting to your VPN, are they able to login when not using it?  Also is the problem on with Edge browser or can it be replicated on other browsers
