Email Count/Report

Hi,

I have been contacted by the Manager of our Service Desk and he has asked if there is a possibility of compiling a report of how many emails they receive on a monthly basis.

Has anyone done something similar or could give me guidance on where this information could be found.

This is not something that can be achieved with a Report, as the dates are stored as date/times so you would only be able to count the emails received per second.

You can achieve this with a Measure if you have the Advanced Analytics module, this can then be displayed on a Dashboard/Widget.
