Robert Charlton Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 Hi, Not sure if this has already been covered but we would like to request the following enhancements to Hornbill Service Manager 1) The ability to add notes to a task without completing it so one task can be used to track details and feedback into the timeline 2) A task timeline to record these notes - timeline updates 3) A "Last-Updated" field (similar to what we see in Service Manager) 4) The task update to appear as a post within the timeline of the related entity automatically (if possible - if not, the activity would always display the timeline regardless of where it is being viewed) Many thanks Rob Charlton Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
