Morning all, Apologies if this is not in the correct place, we have an issues where we are trying to create some filters on the activities list for some of the team. When we add the filter to select by team the drop-down appears but is empty. We have checked on a few different team members and also in different browsers but still blank. We have some existing filters and they work fine, but if you edit them the team name is also blank again. Anyone able to assist us? Many thanks, Rob Charlton

Hi, Not sure if this has already been covered but we would like to request the following enhancements to Hornbill Service Manager 1) The ability to add notes to a task without completing it so one task can be used to track details and feedback into the timeline 2) A task timeline to record these notes - timeline updates 3) A "Last-Updated" field (similar to what we see in Service Manager) 4) The task update to appear as a post within the timeline of the related entity automatically (if possible - if not, the activity would always display the timeline regardless of where it is being viewed) Many thanks Rob Charlton
