Service domains sort order

Hi.

It seems the Service Domains sort order is random and clicking in the domains header does nothing. It's annoying each time the domains list is refreshed by any way the list appears in a different order.

I guess it's not supposed to be like this, right?

Hi @Alberto M,

This works as intended. It uses fixed ordering based on Position. Those service domains are displayed in a frontend menu. You should set the order of the items by using the Position arrows.

There is no sorting by different fields otherwise that would break the fixed Position.

So, why do the domains appear in a different position in the list each time I refresh the page without changing their position using the arrows, just by pressing F5 in the browser?

Have you ever changed the positions? It should set them automatically if you haven't but that could be it. Try changing the position of 1 of them?

If you have done that already can i get you to contact support so we can get access to your instance and debug it.

I've changed positions to several domains and the sort order behavior is still erratic.

I'll contact the support team.
