Assign to Request Creator

Hello,

I found this excellent post that will partly solve our issue with the 'Assign to Request Creator' node:

However, we have staff who are members of multiple teams. Is it possible to add weightings to teams so that a User has a primary team when they are members of multiple teams? If not, could we request this as an enhancement please?

Hi Alisah,

Thanks for your post.  I'll have a look to see if we have anything in our backlog similar to this.  I'm sure that there is something already there for this.  If so, I'll add you to the change.
