vkurbis Posted September 21, 2020 Posted September 21, 2020 Is there a way for us to keep our Integrated Windows Authentication as the mechanism for agents to sign in? Will the new log in screen only appear for agents or will this also happen with end users using the portal? Thanks!
davidrb84 Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Hi @vkurbis I'm a user not an Hornbill bod, but it appears this new page is mandatory for all logins, both agent and self service users. I would imagine also the external Customer(?) portal as well.

It's enabled on user app (the LIVE domain), admin app (the ADMIN domain) and the "new" Employee Portal (since this one is accessible via LIVE domain). It is not enabled (or should not be enabled) on (all other) portals (e.g. service, customer) @davidrb84 FYI. For reference:
