Progressive Capture information in emails

Is it possible to add progressive capture data automatically in email templates?

We ask users to nominate staff for rewards and provide the reason and we want to add the reason automatically to our emails via a template.  I have been able to add the customer to the template but not the other data.

You would need to use the custom fields in order to store the Progressive Capture response both in the Question section of the request and populate the custom field vales for the same request. To do this you need to specify the 'Field ID' as the custom field name, for example 'h_custom_e'.

 

 

This will then allow you to insert the content of the custom field(s)  in the template which does not have any concept or connection to the Progressive Capture questions and answers.
