  1. I want to add h_summary to ticket description so that it shows as ESS/MSS Request - Summary i.e. "Test ticket etc"
  2. Is it possible to restrict catalogue services visibility to particular users. We want to show services that only relate to all users to employees and have additional services just visible to Line Manager which i have setup as a group. So that a manager will see al the services available but the employees will only see the ones relevant to their role.
  3. How do i add the SLA's so they display in the employee portal when a employee views their ticket request?
  4. Is there a way to turnoff the sound of the alarm on the employee portal? the alarm sounds when the user has any notifications

  6. It appears that since the implementation of the latest update to Service Manager the bulletins are no longer displaying within the Employee Portal. Is anyone else having a similar issue or know how to resolve it.
  7. How do i link documents to service or get them to show in search on home page? there doesn't seem to be an option to do this
  8. Is it possible to add progressive capture data automatically in email templates? We ask users to nominate staff for rewards and provide the reason and we want to add the reason automatically to our emails via a template. I have been able to add the customer to the template but not the other data.
