Nikolaj
Hello Support, Can you please help me. I would like to have a search for customer or co-worker in the PCF who includes archived users? Is that possible? Thanks Nikolaj
Nikolaj
@Hornbill Support Team is it possible to include the archived users here in the PCF for search? Thanks and best regards Nikolaj
HHH
From our point of view that would only be interesting if it could be turned off/hidden by default
Nikolaj
HI Support, Is this possible that we can select also the archived users here. We need that for our Delete user Process. Because they are automatically updated by ldap import but for other software accounts we would like to use a hornbill business process to send admins a human task to do it. The Same function would be nice what we can select here. One question why this is not for all my Service Desk Users available? Thanks and best regards Nikolaj
Nikolaj
Hi Support, Thanks for no answer so far. I changed now my ldap user import to status "suspend" that i can find this kind of users in the pcf search. You can close it. Thanks Best regards Nikolaj
Deen
@Nikolaj sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As far as I can see there is unfortunately no way to include archived users in the search. Please keep in mind also that suspended users are technically different to archived users as they are considered to be active users who have only temporarily been suspended.
