Mandatory fields not showing

Hi,

I have noticed that mandatory fields are not shown as such on some PCs until text has been entered and deleted. There is no * to denote mandatory.

When form first loads:

This obviously makes it difficult to know what questions have been missed to allow submission.

I have also noticed that if a field has a regex check, it shows as red on the form when completed (still allows submission though).

I'm aware of this problem, it's on top of my list of things to fix.
