Routing Rule not working for new mailbox

We recently added a new mailbox but have noticed the System Autoresponder is not behaving as our original two mailboxes are.

The rule we have is shown below. Any ideas on why it's not working for a third mailbox would be appreciated.

Routing rules get applied to all mailboxes, so we always have a mailbox criteria, to isolate the rule, especially when testing, to stop inadvertent triggers rules against the wrong mailbox.

For some reason your screen seems a bit different to the one we have and you are missing the 'Reference' matching field.

Might be worth recreating the rule to see if the additional fields appear.
