neilcg Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 We recently added a new mailbox but have noticed the System Autoresponder is not behaving as our original two mailboxes are. Martyn Houghton Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 @neilcg Routing rules get applied to all mailboxes, so we always have a mailbox criteria, to isolate the rule, especially when testing, to stop inadvertent triggers rules against the wrong mailbox. For some reason your screen seems a bit different to the one we have and you are missing the 'Reference' matching field. Might be worth recreating the rule to see if the additional fields appear.
