Bulk Download of documents

Hi All,

Is there any way to bulk download lots of documentation at once? We have some complex Change requests where we are receiving up to 20 documents, and our Information Governance team need to review these but they only appear to have the option to select each one individually to download - is there any settings or options which would allow these to be downloaded in one hit at all please?

Hi Adrian,

Where are these documents stored? Document Manager link or attached directly to the request? In either case, I'm not aware of an option to download all at once.  If I know where your documents are stored, I can talk to the relevant team.

These are attachments that have loaded direct to the request, so what I have been asked is if there is anyway to have a 'Download All' option rather than having to click into each individual attachment. I don't think this scenario occurs too often, and it is more for our Information Governance team to review bulk documents.
