I need an email to be triggered to the line manager which lists out the questions with the answers the customer selected. Unfortunately, there's not enough custom fields which I can use in the email template for me to assign and select. Is there a way around this? Steve Giller Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 If you use one of the TEXT type Custom fields (or a VARCHAR if it's long enough) you can store the answers to multiple questions in a single custom field, then add that field to the email. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
