Hi,

I've designed an assessment form which consists of 51 questions that need to be answered. I need an email to be triggered to the line manager which lists out the questions with the answers the customer selected. Unfortunately, there's not enough custom fields which I can use in the email template for me to assign and select.

Is there a way around this?

If you use one of the TEXT type Custom fields (or a VARCHAR if it's long enough) you can store the answers to multiple questions in a single custom field, then add that field to the email.

Brilliant that worked, just one quick question,

When I use this method, wiki mark up ''' ''' does not work? I want the questions to be in bold
