Resolve Linked Request when it's On-Hold

Hi All,

Is it possible to resolve a linked request while the linked request is on hold. I only get the open to resolve linked requests when all the requests linked are open and not on hold.

It is in theory to do this via the BPM workflow, but as we found out not recommended, as the Service Level Management timers do not recalculate and populate the respond/resolve by until the request is taken off hold. If you go straight to resolved from hold, the within response and resolution  evaluations will not use the correct values.
