Kelvin Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 Is there any plans to be able to search or set up views based on connections. example I want a list of call where a customer has been connected to requests. "Customer A" gets connected to all change requests that affect "System X" but is not the main customer of the request. "Customer A" phones for an update on the requests but does not have a request number.
James Ainsworth Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 Hi Kelvin, Just a quick off the top of my head, if you use the Global Search and search on the Timeline for the name of the user. In this example I also specify the request type. When you add a connection to a request, their full name gets added to the Timeline. It may bring back other requests, so it just depends on if the result set narrows it down enough to what you need. I'll see if I can think of some other options.
