Adrian Simpkins Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 Hi All I have noticed today that I can not turn on the desktop notification for Chat sessions on IE - it works fine on Chrome & Edge but when I try it on IE get the below message - is this a known issue in IE11? Thanks !
James Ainsworth Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Hi Adrian, Yes, that is correct. Well, not a known issue with IE but just that IE doesn't offer support for this. When Microsoft provides the ability for us to do this we can have it added.
