David Longley Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 Hello, is there a size limitation (or what is the max size we can use) when embedding an image into the PCF questions? we want to make these images larger but cant seem to be able to? 1
Miro Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 hi @David Longley, There is no limit of image size - embedded images are taking all available space but always keep ratio. Thank you, Miro
James Ainsworth Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 Hi David, Here is an example of an image filling the width of a custom progressive capture form. Is it possible that there is some white space on the right hand side of your image that you can crop?
David Longley Posted October 16, 2019 Author Posted October 16, 2019 thanks for the email @James Ainsworth, no there is no white space on the images, we have got three different images and they all show the same size (which is small and difficult to see on the PCF).
James Ainsworth Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Can you provide an example of the wiki markup that you used and the field where you put it, just to make sure we are configuring it in the same way? Also, what is the size of the original image?
David Longley Posted October 17, 2019 Author Posted October 17, 2019 HI @James Ainsworth below is the wiki markup: here is a link to the hosted image: https://i.ibb.co/3BSLNpf/Screenshot-2019-10-15-at-13-35-38.png have we done something wrong?
Miro Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Hi @David Longley, Please take a look at example below, I have two pictures where the bottom one is set with your specific width 150000px As you can see it took as much space as it was possible. Form elements can't go beyond form borders otherwise it will start overlapping other elements. Thank you, Miro
Miro Posted October 31, 2019 Posted October 31, 2019 Hi @David Longley, Was able to replicate your issue in customer portal. It's fixed and should be available once it pass our release process. Thank you, Miro
David Longley Posted October 31, 2019 Author Posted October 31, 2019 thanks @Miro , please keep me updated.
