Timeplan option....what's it for?!

Could someone please let me know what the Time Plans option is for in the BPM Manager? I can't seem to find anything on the Wiki about this and was wondering why it's there!

@Paul Alexander this is an experimental feature (should be behind an EXP flag in the Sys > Settings > Advanced?

It is looking at a time dimension to processes.  

It allows for a time period to be defined for each stage of a process, and the ability to execute time based actions, x amount of time after the start or before the end of a stage if the stage is not complete. 

It is not yet a production ready feature, and so is sitting behind the EXP flag
