Apologies for the inconvenience that this is causing. We have addressed this problem and we'll apply the fix to your instance shortly. I will update this post once when we have updated your instance.

This defect will be included in the next Service Manager build, which is expected to be available tomorrow afternoon. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.
