AlexTumber Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 @Giuseppe Iannacone If you log into the Hornbill Admin Tool and you go to System >> Data >> Index Storage, can you see the following entry? If not, can you get in contact with our support team and give us admin access so that we can create the index storage for you? Thanks Alex
