Stage Checklist Validation Failed Error

Hi 

I have a simple process where it cancels a request based on a human task outcome but I am getting a Stage Checklist Validation Failed error, even though it seems to have completed all nodes successfully, ie it changes the status to cancelled and ticks the relevant checkpoint. Any ideas why I'm getting this error?

@SJEaton your process followed a path in which (at least) a mandatory checkpoint is not set. Check any possible path your process might follow and ensure all mandatory checkpoints are set, in all possible paths, before the process moves to the next stage.
