Victor
@Giuseppe Iannacone - sorry, today is bank holiday in UK meaning the office is closed (as you can probably see I am the only forum member online ). I have asked my colleagues to look into this tomorrow.

Guest Dave Stewart
The Service Manager update that appeared available today drew mention of fixing the issue of rearrangement not working however has made it worse. Now it's not even possible to move Dashboards from one place to another. I also experienced, following the previous Hornbill Service Manager update, that my Dashboard view wouldn't open at all. Got a "Requests" error. I played about with disabling a number of Dashboards and it sprang back to life and thankfully continued to work when I turned them back on again. When you try and rearrange the dashboards when you hover over a dashboard do you see the "move" icon displayed?
Giuseppe Iannacone
@Victor we are suffering the same issue that @Dave Stewart is experiencing, and we have updated to the last available build of Service Manager. you cannot move the tiles, or better you can try it, you can see the icon... but once you finish the action all gets back to the original place. Giuseppe Iannacone
@Victor unfortunately the issue is solved only partially. my impression is that things mess up when you have more than 6 chart in My Dashboards view. Can you please investigate further?

Giuseppe Iannacone
@Victor after the last Service Manager Update (1345) we are again experiencing the issue with the My Dashboard tiles moving out of the defined position. Can you look a it?
