Use Custom Date/Time Fields for Placing Tickets on Hold

Good afternoon,

I would like the ability to place tickets on hold until a custom date/time defined in a custom field (defined with progressive capture or adjusted in the details pane).   Is this possible please?  The requirement is to place a ticket on hold until a new starter on-boards for post on-boarding activities e.g. collecting proof of ID on day 1 etc.
