dwalby Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Hi all, Just wondered if anyone would be willing to share their e-mail templates for: Request logged Request e-mail update Request resolved We've got some in place already but I just wanted to get a feel for how others have got them setup with formatting, variables, etc. in order to increase customer engagement and response. Thanks in advance
Lyonel Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 @dwalby here is the templates we use: Request logged: Request updated: Request resolved: I hope this helps 1 1
dwalby Posted June 19, 2018 Author Posted June 19, 2018 Thanks @Lyonel they look great! I'll need to experiment a little with creating the tables like you have as I think that's a great way to add clarity to the e-mail and it's purpose. Interested to see if anyone else has any examples
Lyonel Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 @dwalby for tables, I would recommend editing the source of the template and manually correct the HTML / test it outside the tool before you save the template.
Lyonel Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 @Victor Thank you On that one, having a "contextual" variable capable of picking up who sent the email in the first place (instead of the hard coded owner of the request) would be a massive benefit to us! As you can imagine, if you are the owner, asked me for some help but I need to get more information from the customer, I will send an email but the customer will think it comes from you... Extremely confusing and risky
