SJEaton Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Hi We have users that raise requests from emails received and they have fed back that when the body of the email is pulled into the request description, additional blank rows are automatically added in so that the details are less compact than they could be and they have to page down further to see it all. Although this isn't a major issue and by no means a priority, I thought I'd mention it anyway as it does cause annoyance. I've attached an example of an email sent and then how it displays in the description so you can see what they mean. Is this something to do with our settings or can anything be done to stop this happening? Sam
