Prathmesh Patel Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Hi, when sending email to all user just effecting one of our clients, the status of the email is failed. looking at the log its states = MAIL: Failed to send message: Code: 550 - ChilkatLog: Please advise. However, it seems you have a generic 550 SMTP error which is a denied relay (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=smtp+error+code+550+5.7.1).
