Removing all deleted emails withing mailbox on hornbill with a sql command

Hi,

Our mailbox is running out of space on hornbill, I was wondering if there is a command we can run to clear all deleted items from the mailbox.

@Akash Savani you don't need an "SQL command" if you want to delete all items in a folder... and I would strongly advise against using SQL commands to delete anything... You can empty any folder using "Empty Folder" button, have you tried it?

Hi Victor many thanks for the information you have provided the empty folder feature works on all the other folders except our delete items folder

when we try to empty the folder we get the following message  error could not connect to server -1 there are 1229018 items in the deleted folder that we need to get rid of, are you able to delete them or suggest a way to do this process quickly

@Akash Savani if this is not a typo, are you saying you have over 1 mil items in that folder ?!

@Victor just FYI we also get the 'Could not to connect to server (Error code -1)' message when trying to empty our deleted items folder.  We get the spinning logo for about a minute and a half and then the error. 45548 items in there so far....
