SJEaton Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Hi I have just returned from 10 days off and when I tried to access catalogue items in one of my Services none of them are there anymore and this error is coming up. Any ideas what has caused this? Sam
Guest Chaz Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 @SJEaton we found an issue where you could create Catalog items without a Progressive Capture against it that would cause this issue and we've already got a fix for it If you update Service Manager you should be able to access all of your Catalog items again.
