m.vandun
Hi, I created a new request based upon an email. Now I'm unable to open this request. It keeps hanging on loading. I noticed when creating the request it was very slow in the editing of the request details as well. Regards, Mark
Hornbill Staff DR
Hi Mark,  thanks for your post. Does this happen for only one request, or is it every request you open? When was the request logged? Dan
m.vandun
Hi @DanielRi the request was created on 05 10 2017 08:45:55. This only happens with this request.
Hornbill Staff DR
Hi Mark,  would you allow us to log into your instance and have a look at this specific incident? Thanks Dan

Victor
@m.vandun I was able to access this request, however, | noticed the request description contains a very large amount of text (over 71,000 characters spread in over 1,300 lines of text). Were you able to access the request after all, perhaps due to the description having so much text, it takes a bit longer to open it? I can also see the assigned analyst did some work on this request so maybe a temporary issue or isolated to specific users (such as yourself)? m.vandun
@Victor We're able to open the request normally now. Perhaps a drop in internet connection at the time. Thanks.
