    Hey I can't seem to find a working way to use the hornbill API to return a list of unassigned calls within a team. Any suggestions?

    I have implemented email notifications for feedback in Hornbill with faces to represent the different ratings. Is there any parameter that I can use to link an image to a rating like ?rating=3? Or any other way you suggest that I can achieve this?
